I might want to see the differences between NetBSD & Linux.  I have run Linux
already, but never any BSD.  There are differences regarding hardware support.
Current computer has Plextor internal 2x CD-ROM and Iomega external Zip 250 on
Trantor T130B SCSI, which is supported by Linux, but not FreeBSD or OpenBSD, not
really sure about NetBSD.  I will probably not carry this old SCSI to new
computer but will want a newer SCSI for the Zip 250.  

I will want to run GNAT Ada compiler, which has been ported to i386 Linux but
not to any of the BSDs as far as I know.  GNAT Ada compiler comes with source 
code that requires a previous GNAT Ada compiler to compile.

There might be some Linux binaries that NetBSD fails on, and today's huge hard
drives can accommodate Linux, NetBSD, and DR-DOS and still have a lot of vacant
space.  I was thinking of also running eComStation, the successor to 
OS/2 Warp 4, but that would burden my time too much.  I would find myself
spending a lot of time on eComStation that would keep me away from Linux and/or
NetBSD.
