I get these messages all the time in my WinBook (imagine that).
Basically, as best I can tell, the PCMCIA controller gets an IRQ...then it
reseves two IRQs, one for each slot. The IRQ associated with a card in a
slot that not in use will generate these messages. I.E., when I'm using
my 3com modem v.s. my NIC, it complains about the other & vice/versa.
