It shouldn't be worse than V1 :) But there is still the problem between
UBC and LFS in -current, which prevent mmap from working on LFS ... quite
annoying.

In v1 a timestamp is used to find the last log, if rollback is needed.
This can be a problem is the time of day is adjusted backward.
v2 solves this by using a private number which can't decrease.
