Oh you're ripping and encoding at the same time?  I swear that's the worst
idea in the world.  All the trashy mp3s you can find that have skips and
POPs, that's why.  Buffer over/under-flows, etc.

Do us a favor and be sure to use the "-crc" flag on blade ;-)
