Thank you much for help, finally i got hl up and running (problem was in 
broken or old suse_linux emuls, i reupgraded them, - as always 
everything was so simple %)))

btw, i noticed some slight impovement in network performance after 
switching to NetBSD(it is very multifunctional serv from 
hl_counter-strike, to mail, large ftp,dns and samba, so it is 
important), if anynone has a list of NetBSD fans, he may add one more 
asterisk to it ;] *giggle*
