Hi, 
this card bases whit Realetk chip 8139, not configure at start machine 
in automatic, with the manual configuration it works

my configuration:

created /etc/ifconfig.rtk0
inet 192.168.1.11 netmask 0xffffff00

changed /etc/hosts

enable auto_ifconfig in rc.conf
enable ukphy in the kernel

ifconfig (ifconfig rtk0) command result:
    rtk0: flags=8802 <BROADCAST,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
            address: 00:50:fc:33:4d:ee
            media: Ethernet autoselect
            status: active

dmesg output:
    rtk0: at pci0 dev 9 function 0: Realtek 8139 10/100BaseTX 
    rtk0: interrupting at irq 9
    rtk0: Ethernet address 00:50:fc:33:4d:ee
