What version of NetBSD are you running ?
Was the disk in use when you got this message ?
That is, did it spin down in normal operation, or was it the first attemps to
read from it ? Hum, there are 2 commands in the queue so I guess it was in
operation. If so I would be woried about this drive ... spinning down without
reason isn't a sane behavior :)
