It is. It's a RealTek 8139 chipset. I submitted a patch (not
complicated, just match the vendor and product string) quite a while
ago, and it was added on June 11, 2001. (See
http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/syssrc/sys/dev/pci/if_rtk_pci.c).

If you haven't bought your ethernet card yet, though, don't buy this
one. (RealTek 81x9s basically suck if you want to put any kind of
useful throughput over them.)

That should really be updated. Do a send-pr (probably a misc; it's
supported not just on i386, but everywhere, and that list lives in
the web site somewhere).
