No. However, I personally (along with others -- but not as part of
Wasabi) was negotiating a license with sun for NetBSD so that the
binaries could be distributed in the same way as Linux's. That got
derailed by various events a while back. However, if a port of the
code actually is finished some time soon I suppose I'll resurrect the
legal effort.
