Netbsd/Epic IRC client is not displaying "upper ascii",
like its displaying letters with accents instead of straight lines.
it isnt the font because im using a vga font (vt100)
This problem happens on X/vt. Well, i got another question; like um,
X is displaying chinese chars when a word has accent or something.
How can I fix those little things ? Thanks.
