I've deposited the pkgsrc files of the application onto

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/misc/wulf/hamlib-pkgsrc.tar.gz

The files in question are generated by rpcgen and can be found in
hamlib-work/work/hamlib-1.1.4/rpcrig.
