Yes, both my ASUS P4B266 and my Intel B865PERLK can be powered off via
NetBSD-current's ACPI code without problems.
BTW: if acpi(4) attaches apm(4) is disabled completely. So it doesn't
matter if you have only ACPI or ACPI and APM support in the kernel.
