Oops - looks like I forgot to post the patch.

Unfortunately I have not updated the patch since I decided to migrate
product development to another BSD kernel.

I will send you (and anyone who asks) the patched pmap.c file in a private
email. 

Merging the changes is probably labor intensive but should not 
be difficult.
