1 I have installed the below version of NetBSD on my desktop
NetBSD 1.6.1 NetBSD 1.6.1 (GENERIC) #0: Tue Apr 8 12:05:52 UTC 2003
autobuild@tgm.daemon.org:/autobuild/netbsd-1-6/i386/OBJ/autobuild/netbsd-1-6/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386
2 I installed a LinkSys WMP11 ver 2.7 which indeed has Intersil Prism2.5 and is
recognized as shown below

6 Ping to the access point as well as other PCs do not work.
6.1 ping 192.168.0.1 fails
6.2 ping 192.168.0.2 fails
7 Tried ping after installing static arps, those too fail.
In essence, I am unable to talk with any other machine. Any suggestions
or help would be appreciated. Is the problem related to the below ?.
Current BSSID: [ 44:44:44:44:44:44 ]
If so, how do I change it
Thanks.
