Thank you for your reply.
My wireless card is working because I can use it under Windows.  I
uncommented the following lines in my kernel config file:
pcmcia* at pcic? controller ? socket ?
pcic0   at pci? dev? function ?

That didn't do anything.  Here is the location of new config file:
heineken.cs.stevens-tech.edu/~ymalik/netbsd/MIN_KERKEL_II
