Done :)
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/minoura/ichtcotimer-20040310.tar.gz
Since TCO timer is a function of LPC Interface Bridge part,
it is implemented as a part of that driver. Use instead of pcib, ie
ichlpcib* at pci? dev ? function ?
isa* at ichlpcib?
wdogctl(8) timer name should be ichlpcib0.
