Yea if your heatsink(s) disipates enough heat, just have one front-case
fan taking air in (down hear the HD), one rear case fan venting air out,
and preferably a dual-fan power supply.  

Use really quiet *slave bearing* fans.

The idea is to create circulation in the case.  Mind your cable
management.  Keep an eye on things using lm(4) and envstat(8):
