I may well have emulation set up wrong, but I expect pkgsrc to take 
care of that, via its dependencies, when I install a new package.

There is no lib/glib in pkgsrc, only

	devel/glib
	devel/glib2
	devel/glibmm
and	www/glibwww

Did you mean one of these?
