Or perhaps Reinholt was misled by a spec sheet which mentions
(BIOS-based) RAID-0 and RAID-1, e.g., under Windows?
I'm told Adaptec 2010S are all backordered, so that seems unlikely.
Supermicro does list an alternate ZCR for several AIC-7902
motherboards, but that alternate ZCR uses a Marvell chip for which
there's no NetBSD driver, so that's not of help in a NetBSD context,
either.
