On netbsd3.0 ifconfig -a shows

On netbsd2.0, it shows:

Dumb question: Do we need flowcontrol, rxpause and txpause? Are they things
I've turned off on 2.0 and not bothered on 3.0, or is it a new feature in
3.0?
