Thanks everyone for the help, but i found the problem.

--> The ide cable was broken <--

So, i took out the HD, replaced the cable, and am probaly gonna use  
the HD in a old 100mhz~ machine, cause i just found a few 32mb ram  
chips hanging around. Much better than swap >:).
