It looks like the IDE card works, and that's the one with the odd
manufacturer id. I'd go read the ne0 driver and find that printf and
add much more verbose debugging and then try with a new kernel. Also
in pcmcia code find where a config table entry is chosen and print out
which one.
If the IDE card didn't work, I'd suggest that you try the
rbus_min_start variable described in cbb(4), but it appears your
machine is reading CIS tuples OK.
