Unable to finish a write command for block 0x0041079f.  The drive should 
have remapped the block if a spare was available.  What does "scsictl 
sd0 defects grown" show?  The drive is probably going bad and has used 
up all of its spare blocks.

If you can take the drive out of service there are a couple of things 
you can try to check the drive.
