I've seen both sprint and vz evdo cards like this, with a device on the
uhub.  But even if it isn't listed in ugensa, it will attach as ugen.
Make sure you have ugen in the kernel so you'll get debug output.  It
may be that the kernel has to power on the serial modem somehow.
