We need to see the contents of /var/run/demsg.boot from the INSTALL
kernel:

$ dmesg >> /var/run/dmesg.boot
$ ftp foo.host
$ put /var/run/dmesg.boot

Post somewhere and send URL or include inline for us.  You might also
try a 4.0-RC kernel:
