Thank you for your analys, I use:

[root@mandos:/usr/src] cp etc/MAKEDEV ../obj/etc/
[root@mandos:/usr/src] ./build.sh  -O ../obj -T ../tools -U -u distribution

and then the script finish its work. I don't if this method is very 
clean but it seems to be ok.
