As my CPU is VT-capable, that's how I first configured VBox, and it leads
to panic (same one as Darren Reed mentionned).
With that enabled, I was able to boot NetBSD/i386 and NetBSD/amd64, and
install them.
5_BETA ? as said before, NetBSD 4.0/4.0.1 are able to run with VBox and
KVM, I'm only facing this issue with NetBSD 5.
