NUMA puzzle: ACPI SLIT parser

Hi!

This is a patch which implements an ACPI SLIT parser.
It acts as a sort of data provider.

NUMA support is a big task. The ACPI SLIT parser
is considered to be a part of the NUMA puzzle.
