Intel I55 chipset supported?

My colleague asked me about support for these hardware pieces - (evaluating
offers):

ASUS P7P55-M mainboard, with Intel P55 Express Chipset, 

"integrated 10/100/1000 Ethernet" (might be: Support for the Intel®
82578DC Gigabit Network Connection)

Graphics board would be Sparkle SFPX96GT512D3-HP

The alternative offer is Dell Optiplex 760 MT.
Chipset is Intel Q43 w/ICH10D
Integrated Ethernet is 82567LM

Graphics is ATI RADEON HD 3470
