Does this apply to real re(4) hardware, or just the particular flavour
xen emulates?  I'm asking because I've got a laptop with an re and it
seems flaky.  I tried disabling re and then nothing attached, but there
could be something else I need to tweak; it's a
customzed-for-the-machine kernel and I'm not sure which drivers I left
in it.
