Ok, clearly wrong, and exactly like Robert suspected (which is not a
real suprise).

Can you please check if you have /libexec/dhcpcd-hooks on you CD?
What about /libexec/dhcpcd-run-hooks?

They should be present, according to distrib/i386/cdroms/Makefile.cdrom.
