Hi,

Thanks for feedback. I was actually trying to test a bit, including
sysctl -w instead of apmd, and finally FreeBSD but only S3 was
somewhat better in it (system was actually suspending but it would
crash on resume). Yes, it is likely a BIOS issue but don't have enough
knowledge to comment..
