break into trap.c recursive

Hi,

The code that I just checked in has a portion of trap.c and some debugger code.

I have a problem with the debugger break. It calls into trap.c: trap()
but while printing panic info, gets into a recursive "Alternate Data
TLB" trap.

I'm working on debugging this, but a lot of the setup stuff that I've
pulled in is flaky, but any suggestions are welcome.

What I'm hoping to do is to clean up the code once the debugger is
stable, so please don't flame me on KNF etc. right now.
