Hi,

I've checked in some miscellaneous fixes like:

- unwind rse offset fixes
- some pmap fixes. ( still broken )
- unwind sections loader enable fixes.

I think some cruft crept in while trying to track two targets:
-current, and the -ia64 specific cvs repository.

So I've decided to stop tracking -current until we integrate the
sources. That'll help keep the sources easier to track and fix.
