status of port?

Hello,

Just wondering what is the status of this port.  Is it close to being
able to boot a kernel on any hardware?

I tried running the ski emulator with current, it didn't do much much
after print "Entering netbsd".  Not sure if it is supposed to do
anything more:

I saw also debian and freebsd are dropping support for ia64:
