i386 and sparc have ldconfig and ld.so for a.out.
Should we build and install them on ELF m68k ports, too?

BTW, current COMPAT_AOUT_M68K option implicitly causes
/emul/aout path alternate search, but shouldn't it
be optional? i386 and sparc do not use COMPAT_AOUT
for a.out shlib any more and shlib path search
into /emul/aout is handled by ld.so.
