port-m68k: init/fini for m68k

I'm trying to update my m68k machines (hp300, news68k and sun3)
to recent -current, but all m68k ELF binaries linked with
newer crtbegin.o dump core in init_fallthru().

Is init/fini for m68k_elf supposed to work?
