Hi folks,

Miod Vallet has been doing a fantastic job on an AViiON port
of OpenBSD/m88k with Chris Tribo working as remote hands for him.
It turns out that the DG systems, at least some of them, are quite
similar to the Motorola MVME systems.

He's had a mailing list set up, m88k@openbsd.org, and will be
discussing the status, progress, etc., over there.  There's also
a port page at http://www.openbsd.org/aviion.html.

I'm glad someone's had the time to work on this.  I wish we could
get Miod to contribute to NetBSD.  :-)
