This is a classic symptom of having the machine set to 24-bit addressing
mode.  Can you check that?  NetBSD needs the system to be configured for
32-bit addressing mode and MacOS VM must be turned off.

These two are related to the first...  The MacOS memory mappings don't
look like we expect them to.

Do not do the last.  That's an old FAQ and misleading on this issue.
