I've now tried this, never happened such things. It works
well. Following is my environment. FYI.

	SE/30(System 7.5.1+JLK1.2/8M/40M(Seagate),SCSI=0)
	external disk 1000MB
	(Quantum, SCSI=1, MacOS=100M, NetBSD=900M(Root&Usr/Swap))
	external CD drive(Apple SC, SCSI=5)
