Hello,

As explained in the manual, chown use is only granted to root. Yet,
i am trying to port some code i have developed on sunos 5.2 that
needs everybody to use chown. My code works under sunos because
the system config allows this, but doesnt under NetBSD.
I remember now that chown allowed or not to everybody depends on
a system config option of sunos.
Setting /usr/sbin/chown r_xr_sr_s doesnt help because i directly
use the system call.
It seems to be hopeless unless there is a way to configure netbsd
and grant chown use to everyone. Does anyone know the answer?
