Sorry. I got half-way through and forgot to finish that thought. The
'fstat: not found' is showing up because of a bug in the 'ls'. The
order isn't precisely a bug, but can be annoying. I don't think you
should see these from a fresh install. As soon as you start moving or
removing files, they'll probably show up. Then again, I haven't looked
at the installer source in over a year...
