I could not find the reference to where I picked up the res-edit-and-others
package, so I stuffed it up (minus ResEdit 2.1.3 itself...) and put it in
ftp.eskimo.com:/u/w/wormey/netbsd/macside_utils/resedit-and-others.hqx
It runs about 400K.

Eskimo has a 50 anon user limit, most of which seem to be tied up with
people accessing another user's Pamela Anderson archive :( so if you have
trouble getting connected, please be patient and keep trying...
