Greetings, Brian.  I have a suggestion/wish about the Booter.  Would it be
possible for it to do one or both of the following when booting with a
serial console?

-Turn off the Mac monitor (on models that support it, of course)
-Black out the screen by adjusting the gamma table, or by clearing the VRAM

Tell me what you think.  Allen's feelings on it are that kind of
functionality belongs, but should be optional (in case someone wants to see
what the booter spit out.)
