No, its not locked, but you where right, it takes some time to boot. On my
machine P460 68030/33Mhz without FPU it takes around 2.5 minutes !!!
Really strange. On an AMIGA 2000 with FPU this was nearly immediate.

But what is most important , it works: Thank you for the hint !!!

Even the mouse pointer and doesn't make any problems with the new
kernel ADBTEST #78.
This means that on a Performa 460 without FPU you can run NetBSD1.1A and
X-Windows X11R6. Fantastic......
