If this isn't your problem now, it soon will be.  I think 16Mb to 20MB is
the recommended minimum.  Unless something has changed there is no real
warning when VM is exhausted (according to the 4.4BSD Lite documentation).
This has to do with adopting the Mach VM scheme.  (Have they got that fixed
in Mach, anyone know?)
