Do you:

1) Have MODE32 installed and turned on?

2) Have 32-bit addressing turned _on_ in the Memory control panel?

3) Have virtual memory turned _off_ in the Memory control panel?

4) Have all other extensions, especially something like RAM Doubler, 
disabled?
