Allen used to (or still does?) use MachTen for cross-development in
earlier stage of Q700 port (which isn't finished just yet; he seems
pretty busy giving us advise and maintaining MacBSD, not to mention
his job and private stuff).

MachTen should run on your Duo... the possible problem is it costs
