If I'm not mistaken, it does; you have to explicitly enable linked
commands, now. In any case I've tried a GENERIC kernel since that change
and I still had filesystem corruption.
I suspect this is a _much_ bigger problem on slower devices. My disk
isn't exactly current technology...
The sbc driver seems to be very stable, even if it is a little slower.
If you don't use a tape drive it should be acceptable for everyday use.
In fact, I know of one IIci and one IIsi that won't run with the ncrscsi
driver...
