I've noticed the same thing.  Workaround:  define DEBUG in nubus.c, and
define grf0 at obio0 or nubus0 as appropriate.

I'm trying to track this down, and I know Allen is working on the
configuration issue (that is, getting grf0 to attach to the appropriate
device automatically).
